Bar Tenders with those special skills, that extra touch of service, strong drinks knowledge, and knows how to keep a bar clean and shiny at all times.

Bar Backs who know how to support the bar team and keep things running. Quick to dash around the bar without the customers even seeing you? Understand team work, the importance of keeping the bar clean and operational?

Waiters who understand that service is more than a smile, but it is a quite, effortless skill. Understand how to keep customers happy while keeping up with the speed of service without breaking a sweat.

Duty Managers who understand all the roles above but plus that higher level vision and leadership skills. This role is for those who know how to get the best of the team while maintaining all standards and legal requirements with ease.

For Bar Tenders, Bar Backs, and Waiters...

- 1 year plus experience at an up-market venue in a similar position - Well-presented with great communication skills - A team player with a can do attitude - Understanding that hospo is a job that requires cleaning and getting the job done - A bright smile and excellent customer service skills

For Duty Managers....

- As above but with an active Duty Managers certificate
