Pukekohe-based manufacturing/textiles employer is seeking a full-time Knitting room – team member.
Employer is looking for an organised individual with an eye for detail, knitting experience would be an advantage. The ideal candidate can work independently as well as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities: Inspection of Garment and accessories. Inwards stores activities – receiving / booking and organizing deliveries. Knitting room maintenance activities – Housekeeping. Support in laundry activities. Operate screen printing machine – printing of patterns in accessories. Maintenance of the pest control and other building maintenance and general activities.
Job Requirements
- Knitting Experience - Preferred. - Problem solving skills and communication - Inventory and stock control - Attention to detail. - Must be able to pass a drug test and MOJ checks. (MOJ must be clean) - Physically fit and able to lift boxes containing up to 27 Kg (from shoulder height). - Fork-lift license – Preferred (OSH cert for forklift required) - Full Driving license (this is a must due to usage of a company vehicle) - A up to date CV on file - Job is based in Pukekohe
