As an HVAC Service Technician at ACSL Group, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' comfort and satisfaction through your technical skills and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions. - Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. - Communicate with clients to explain issues, necessary repairs, and maintenance procedures. - Complete all service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret schematics, and technical manuals. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development. - Pass pre-employment checks.
