To provide a proactive, efficient and high standard of administration support across the business. This role ensures the smooth day to day running of the office, supports Management and Sales Consultants, and helps deliver an exceptional experience for both our team and our clients. Key duties; financial administration, compliance & contracts, reporting & performance, office operations, sales & marketing support and general administration.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a finance role, sound reconciliation and analytical skills, advanced knowledge of business accounting packages (Xero preferred), strong technical skills, particularly with Excel, Canva and monday.com, a passion for improving systems and processes, Social Media experience (Reels), excellent written and spoken English, high attention to detail, professional presentation, initiative and maturity and resilient and proactive approach to workload. This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, remains calm under pressure, and contributes positively to a high-performing team environment.
