As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for directing a team to ensure our customers have a standout experience, excelling in welcoming, friendly and memorable service at all times.
The successful applicant will have a willingness to learn and give anything a go and:
Hold a valid LCQ and Managers cert Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within the hospitality industry For the Duty Manager have a minimum of 6 months management experience Willing to work nights and weekends Be able to thrive in a busy environment Be reliable Must have good communication skills and a friendly personality Be focused on giving excellent customer service Be a fantastic team player Most importantly, have FUN! Job Requirements
- Hold current LCQ and GM license required - Hospitality experience required - minimum 2 years & minimum 6 months management experience
- Days of work
- Rostered shift work - minimum 30 hours per week (30 hours per week)
