Shipping Container Welding/Fabricator (Rolleston)

This employer requires someone for their Rolleston site. You will be cutting, grinding, mig welding, and spray painting shipping containers.
This role will also involve surveying, steam cleaning, carrying out repairs, performing container modifications and other general maintenance and yard work as required.
Must have a strong commitment to all health and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
*Reliable transport with a clean licence *Forklift licence ideal, but assistance in gaining a forklift licence will be considered for the right candidate *Fully conversant with both battery and electric-powered hand tools *Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test *Fully competent to work independently and able to follow instructions *Honest, trustworthy and reliable *Role may require heavy lifting *Welding ticket not necessary but must have good welding and fabricating skills *PPE supplied but must provide own steel-cap boots
