Production Team Member

We are looking for a casual Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team. Our Production Team Members are rostered over a variety of tasks including preparing screens, printing, cutting, quality control and dispatch. This is a physically active role where attention to detail, team spirit, and great communication skills are key.

Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure that products meet quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Maintain accurate production records. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve -production targets. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Experience in manufacturing or screen printing (a bonus!) The physical capability to lift, stand, and move throughout your shift.
