Fast Food Department Manager

We’re looking for energetic and motivated leaders to join our team across three Northland locations. With multiple vacancies available at Raumanga, Whangarei, and Te Kamo, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and help shape the customer experience in your preferred store. As a Restaurant Department Leader, you’ll take ownership of one of our three key areas: Customer Experience, People Performance, or Product Quality. You will lead by example, driving the actions and results needed to maintain outstanding standards across the restaurant.

• Lead one key restaurant area (Customer Experience, People, or Product Quality)Ensure high standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and team performance • Supervise staff and maintain smooth operations • Follow safety, security, and food safety standards • Gather customer feedback to improve experience • Work with the team to deliver fast, high-quality service • Strong customer service and team motivation skills • Reliable and flexible for rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends) • Positive attitude with a focus on high standards and customer experience • Basic computer skills for reporting and shift tasks • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
