Vacancy: Heavy Truck Driver Location: Papakura
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting bulky goods safely and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of vehicle care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive heavy trucks to transport bulky goods safely and efficiently - Load and unload goods as required - Deliver goods to the correct locations on time - Ensure all loads are properly secured before travel - Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after each trip - Keep the truck clean and in good working condition - Follow all road rules, transport regulations, and health & safety requirements - Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or delivery issues promptly - Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.

Job Requirements:
- No formal qualification required; however, a Bachelor’s degree or higher will be considered relevant - Must hold a current and valid driver licence of Class 2 or higher: - Class 2 – Medium rigid vehicle licence - Class 3 – Medium combination vehicle licence - Class 4 – Heavy rigid vehicle licence - Class 5 – Heavy combination vehicle licence
- Days of work
- Monday - Sunday - Rostered shifts- changes on a weekly bases. Need to be available full time. (30 hours per week)
