We're on the lookout for an experienced Retail Manager to lead day to day operations in a busy Lotto and retail environment based in Mangere. This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, leading a small team, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks may include but is not limited to: Managing daily Lotto and retail operations Leading and supporting a small team (up to 4 staff) Training and developing team members Delivering high standards of customer service Monitoring sales performance and driving results Maintaining accurate Lotto records and compliance If this sounds like you - send through an updated copy of your cv
Job Requirements
Has proven retail management experience (this is a must) Experience in similar environments is an advantageous (e.g. bookstores, stationery or retail chains like Whitcoull's, Paper Plus, Books & More) Is confident leading and training a small team Has strong customer service and communication skills Is organised, reliable, and detail focused Understands sales targets and how to drive performance Previous Lotto and retail experience is essential Must have a clean MoJ Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Days of work
- Rostered 5 days. Between Monday to Saturday. Shop is closed on Sundays 8am to 6pm (40 hours per week)
