Seasonal Vineyard Work - Winter

We are seeking reliable and motivated people to join our vineyard teams over the winter season. This role focuses on winter maintenance, mostly focused on post checking and replacement across a large vineyard area, which is essential work that supports grape production for the next vintage. This is a great opportunity for people who are very physically fit, enjoy outdoor work and want to build practical skills in the viticulture industry. Training and on-the-job support are provided, making this role suitable for entry level workers. • Post ‘pushing’ to check stability • Replacement of broken posts and laying out new posts • General vineyard maintenance and winter tasks • Following health and safety requirements at all times • Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

• Be physically fit and ability to work outdoors in winter conditions • Reliability and punctuality • Ability to follow instructions and work safely. • Able to complete repetitive tasks while still keeping safety and high standards at all times • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and be able to pass random testing • Must have a clean Full licence
