We are a growing homeware and bathroomware wholesale and retail business based in Otara, Auckland. As a local business that understands the needs of our community and the wider Auckland region, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and excellent service to both retail customers and trade clients.
Our team works closely together to ensure customers receive the best advice and service possible. In this role, you will work side-by-side with members of our sales team to build strong relationships with wholesale and trade customers while helping grow our customer base.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Person (Wholesale & Trade) to join our team. The role focuses on building relationships with trade customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our range of homeware and bathroomware products.
You will also be responsible for travelling within the region to connect with potential customers, develop new leads, and grow our wholesale and trade client network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and trade customers Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within the region Travel to meet potential clients and promote company products Provide professional product advice and solutions to customers Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive the best advice and service Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth Maintain good knowledge of our product range and industry trends Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

- Must have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, trade, retail, or building/homeware industries - Full and clean driver’s licence - Ability and willingness to travel within the region to meet customers and generate leads - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals - Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven - Good organisational and time management skills - Knowledge of homeware, bathroomware, or building products is an advantage - Must be able to pass police vetting check, MOJ check and drug test
