We’re excited to open applications for a full time Club Caterer & Chef to join our vibrant, community focused sports club in Naenae. If you love creating great food, enjoy a lively environment, and take pride in running a smooth, well organised kitchen, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing: - Leading all catering operations for the club - Designing menus and preparing meals for daily service and special events - Running the kitchen with confidence, efficiency, and creativity - Bringing back our much-loved Sunday Roast Day - Managing ordering, stock control, and general kitchen administration - Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and high standards across all kitchen areas
Job Requirements
- 2 years experience as a chef or in a similar catering role - Must have experience running a kitchen - Ability to create a menu for catering and inhouse events (Roasts an advantage) - Have ordering and stocktake experience - At least a restricted drivers' license for transportation tasks - Must pass a MOJ check
- Days of work
- Tuesday to Sunday. Varied hours. (35 hours per week)
