Duty Manager

• Assist management with coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business • Help deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers while ensuring the store meets all legal obligations, licence conditions, and the requirements of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to maximise customer satisfaction • Support the management of product ranges and stock levels to ensure the store remains well stocked at all times • Assist with promotional campaigns and other marketing activities to drive customer engagement and sales • Support rostering, cash handling, budgeting, and workplace health and safety processes • Maintain high store standards, including cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene procedures • Contribute towards achieving the company’s KPIs and sales targets • Open and close the store/bar as required • Carry out any other related duties as directed by management

• Relevant work experience will be highly preferred but not mandatory as we provide full training. • LCQ will be highly preferred. • Availability to work on weekends and late evening shifts. • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and online order management, is preferred • Physically fit to be able to stand for longer hours. • Hardworking and passionate individual • Multi-tasker • Team-worker
