We are looking for a dynamic Chef to join our fast-paced, popular cafe, preparing breakfast and lunch with skill and efficiency. You will confidently manage stoves, fryers, and grills during high-volume service, ensuring every dish is delivered to the highest standard.
The main focus will be on egg preparation, proteins, and plating dishes to order, maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute service efficiently, managing the hotline during peak periods Prepare menu items to cafe standards Set up and break down stations before and after service Maintain quality control and consistency in all dishes Manage inventory and stock levels Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations

Job Requirements
Please apply with updated CV outlining relevant experience Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef, cook, or baker in a cafe or restaurant environment Strong egg-cooking skills and proficiency with proteins Ability to work independently and take initiative Level 4 Cookery qualification (or equivalent) Availability for early morning starts Punctual, reliable, and well-presented Positive team player with good communication skills Must be able to pass Ministry of Justice check and drug test
