Barista

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Barista who takes pride in consistently delivering silky-smooth coffee with high-quality latte art, every time.

You will have a strong focus on flavour, ensuring every coffee is well-balanced and served at the correct temperature. Confidence working with a variety of milk options (including alternative milks) is essential to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of producing 250+ coffees per shift while maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will bring a warm, friendly, and welcoming presence, along with excellent communication skills to create a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffee with consistent latte art and presentation Ensure all beverages are served at the correct temperature and standard Work efficiently during busy service periods (250+ coffees per shift) Prepare additional drinks including hot chocolate and matcha Work confidently with dairy and alternative milks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Support the wider team and step in where needed during service
