Cafe Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our popular cafe in central Auckland.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the cafe, maintaining the high standards set by our owners. You will oversee the front-of-house team as well as work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience in a welcoming, neighbourhood-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service Oversee ordering of supplies including packaging, milk and (alternative milks), matcha, chai, coffee, and merchandise Handle till balancing, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain proper payment and recording procedures Lead, support, and manage staff performance and development Provide hands-on support during service as needed
