As an EMS (Electronic Monitoring Service) Field Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence, you will attend to locations such as courts, prisons, and residential homes, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.

We offer full and on-going training with a supportive team environment. Starting rate $23.95 moving to $28.95 once full trained!!

Job Requirements

Able to work 24/7 rotating roster. Excellent people and listening skills with the ability to build relationships. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments. Physical fitness and the ability to handle stress and pressure. A current clean full NZ Driver's Licence. Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check. Ability to pass drug test. A current Certificate of Approval (COA) or the ability to obtain one. Have a updated CV
