Supervisor / Store Manager

A local retail company is looking for a Supervisor/ Store Manager. Duties includes: Manage inventory by determining stock requirements, adding or removing products, and maintaining appropriate stock levels based on demand. Purchase stock efficiently and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining high service standards. Create tailored marketing strategies for local clientele, including implementation of in-store promotions. Deliver excellent customer service, provide knowledgeable product advice, and ensure a warm and welcoming shopping experience for all clients. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and daily financial transactions. Prepare and oversee budgets to ensure the shop’s financial sustainability. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to support effective and efficient daily operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations in every aspect of work. Successful candidate, will need to have 2 years experience in Retail. Must have great customer service, good communication skills, must have good understanding of retail, marketing, logistics, and some experience in recruitment, training and supervising staff. Must pass police check, and drug free.
