Part- time Sales Parts Person/Part Advisor needed in Automotive needed in Tuakau!

About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organised Parts Advisor/Sales Parts Person to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports the workshop by managing parts, handling documentation, and assisting with invoicing and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Japanese Detail Market and European vehicles and be confident liaising with customers.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage parts ordering, sourcing, and inventory control • Prepare and process invoices accurately • Assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking • Maintain clear and organised documentation and records • Liaise with customers regarding parts, orders, and updates • Work closely with mechanics to ensure correct parts are supplied • Support general workshop administration tasks

Skills & Experience Required: • Previous experience in a parts or automotive-related role preferred • Strong knowledge of Japanese Domestic Market and European vehicles • Good understanding of automotive parts and terminology • Experience with invoicing and basic accounts receivable processes • Strong communication and customer service skills • Good organisational and time management abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy Requirements: • Full, clean New Zealand driver licence • Ability to work part-time hours reliably • Basic computer skills for invoicing and record-keeping • Team player with a positive attitude
