A well-established Tauranga-based company is seeking an experienced Paving & Surfacing Labourer / Operator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers $30–$40 per hour depending on experience with 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, early starts, and overtime available during peak periods. You will be responsible for assisting with daily paving and surfacing activities, including raking, compacting, and general labouring, as well as operating plant and machinery when required. The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, completing work to a high standard, and ensuring all tasks meet specified tolerances and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in paving or civil works, be physically fit, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team while following all health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements
• Proven experience operating paving plant and machinery • Current WTR (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers) endorsement • Full Class 1 driver’s licence • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work early starts and occasional overtime • Able to pass MOJ and Drug Test
