Parcel/Mail Delivery Officer

Our drivers truly are the ‘face’ of our company, engaging with customers every day, and you will be responsible for: • Picking up, sorting, sequencing, loading, and delivering of mails, parcels, documents and other items to customers' premises and mailboxes by Vans, motorcycles, or e-bikes. • Ensuring that all freight is scanned in line with company policies and procedures. • Deliver and pick up consignments from local businesses daily • Greeting and building strong relationships with customers • Ensuring the safe delivery of consignments with no damage • Load your vehicle and restrain your load each day • Complete safety vehicle checks

Minimum one year of Courier/ Mail delivery or similar experience • Holder of a current and valid driving licence. • A valid Motorcycle licence would be an advantage. • “F” Endorsement or OSH Forklift Operator Certificate will be an advantage • Passionate, highly organised, and responsible individual • Friendly with excellent communication skills • Great work ethic • Physically fit & injury free (Able to lift 20 kg throughout the day) • Strong customer service background • Can work in a fast - paced environment • Safety-focused and adhere to all health & safety procedures • Able to pass a pre-employment Drug test and clean MOJ records
