Duty Manager

A premium restaurant located in the heart of Eat Streat is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, lead, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and a positive team environment Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety across the venue Manage stock levels, inventory, and assist with administrative duties Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including alcohol licensing, food safety, and health & safety requirements Monitor the safety and security of patrons and staff, responding appropriately to any incidents Handle and resolve conflicts professionally and effectively.

Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within hospitality Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism Good organisational and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of health & safety and alcohol licensing regulations Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment Reliable, well-presented, and professional Must be able to work weekends, public holidays and late evenings Past convictions will be considered on a case by case basis
