Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or call-based role is advantageous Confident and professional phone manner, including cold calling Strong verbal communication skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic databases/CRM systems Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
