A motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative is sought to join a growing team based in Hamilton. This role is centred on engaging directly with customers through door-to-door sales activities, promoting the company’s mortgage and financial service offerings, and supporting business growth through strong customer relationships and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: • Conduct door-to-door sales activities within assigned areas to achieve company targets • Present and explain the company’s mortgage and financial service options in a clear, friendly, and professional manner • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about available services and plans • Plan and manage daily travel routes to maximise customer reach and sales opportunities • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively • Assist customers in completing required forms, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete • Monitor and track daily sales activities, adjusting approaches as needed to meet performance goals • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the protection of customer information at all times Important Note: This role focuses on promoting services and collecting customer information. The Sales Representative is not required or permitted to provide financial or mortgage advice.

Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence and resilience in a door-to-door sales environment • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements • A current and valid driver’s licence • Willingness and ability to travel within the region • Availability to work weekends • Physical ability and confidence to carry out door-to-door sales activities
