Dairy Farm Assistant
About this job
Milk harvesting - maintaining cleanliness of the sheds - operating and maintenance of effluent system - monitoring pasture, crop and supplement management - monitoring stock feed - diagnosing animal ailments and conducting treatment - assisting in the erection and maintenance of fencing.
Job Requirements
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and rostered shifts Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good communication and time management skills Can clear drug test Full class 1 driver licence Consent to an MOJ check
Previous farming or animal handling experience preferred but not essential No formal qualifications required (training provided)
