Class 4 Truck Driver

A Wellington business is looking for physically fit and motivated individuals to join their team as Class 4 Drivers.
The depot is based in Porirua (Elsdon), but will drive around the Wellington Region. Assisting office moving/removals
What you will be doing:
• Operate Class 4 trucks in compliance with NZTA regulations and company safety standards • Complete daily vehicle checks, maintenance logs, and ensure the truck is kept in good operating condition • Load, secure, and unload cargo safely • Transport goods or materials to designated locations on schedule • Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and site teams • Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and paperwork
The class 4 driver must be open to getting in and out of the truck to assist when the truck works are quiet.

Job Requirements
• Valid New Zealand Class 4 licence • Proven experience driving heavy vehicles • Strong understanding of road safety and load restraint requirements • Physically fit with the ability to assist with loading/unloading • Good communication and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and follow instructions • Must pass MOJ check and drug test • Must have reliable transport to get to Elsdon Depot

- Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm Some Saturdays available (40 hours per week)
