A Nursing Support Worker (caregiver) opportunity has come about.

Maintain a high standard in assisting residents in their daily activities of living and other rest home duties ensuring the spiritual physical and emotional needs of residents are met and reported as required/directed.

Keeping good relationships with residents visitors and other staff members whilst keeping a professional standards of appearance at all times is a must.

Have an excellent work ethic and can do attitude to all tasks required with a calm and mature demeanour.

Willingness to to learn with onsite supportive trainer available to meet industry standards and requirements.

Problems solving and attention to detail essential, use of initiative and be self motivated within your directed duties.

Have an in depth awareness of ALL duties required to fulfil this role and the reality of it . Reliability is absolutely not negotiable for this role as it is essential to be able to give residents level of care required.
