Experienced Labourer

We're looking for an experienced Painting and Decorating Labourer to join our local crew. In this role you'll be working across residential and commercial sites, supporting painters with all aspects of preparation, application and finishing. This is a hands on role suited to someone who knows the trade, works efficiently and understands what it takes to deliver a professional result.

Key responsibilities may include: - Surface preparation including sanding, filling, scraping and cleaning - Assisting with painting, staining and wallpapering tasks - Setting up and packing down work areas, tools and equipment - Mixing paints and materials to required specifications - Maintaining a tidy, safe and organised worksite - Carrying materials and setting up scaffolding - Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

We are looking for: - Proven experience in painting and decorating roles or labouring experience - Ability to work as part of a team - Reliable, punctual and committed workmanship - Good physical fitness - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Must have previous labouring experience or experience in painting & decorating industry. Must be capable of working at heights. Must be physically fit. Must have restricted or full DL and transport to work. Must be honest and reliable. Must pass pre employment drug test. Must pass convictions check.
