Retirement Village Manager wanted. We have an exciting career opportunity for a Village Manager to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, approachable person to become a part of our community.

As our Village Manager, you will be our "go to" person for our village residents, their families, our staff, our contractors and suppliers. At Greenview Park Village we are wholeheartedly focused upon the provision of exceptional care and understanding of our community

Our Village Manager role is varied, busy with responsibility for all aspects of managing our village including service delivery, financial, strategic planning and overseeing maintenance for our village and on-site aged care hospital.

Located in Glen Eden, Auckland, Greenview Park Village is an established village with a thriving community. The village is proudly family owned and operated. With an emphasis on the wellbeing of our residents matched with a philosophy of providing the very best in service and care.

Not only are we a family managed village, we also consider all our residents and our staff to be members of our family too. All we do is centred on providing the best place to live, whether it be independent living or providing hospital care, there are no compromises when it comes to how our residents are cared for and treated by our team.

To be successful in this role you will require to have: • Empathy with the older person and the ability to interact with people showing credibility, confidence and sensitivity. • People management skills to establish relationships with our residents and staff members as well as contractors and suppliers. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, inspire and motivate our staff members. • Extensive management, communication and interpersonal skills, together with excellent organisational skills. • Strong IT literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite. • Previous retirement village management experience is desirable but not essential. $90,000 - $100,000 per annum
