aPlus Out of School Care is looking for a confident Centre Supervisors to lead our out-of-school care programmes in Dairy Flat. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a small team, organise activities, and create a safe, fun environment for primary school children before and after school.
This role may particularly suit sports coaches, youth leaders, teacher aides, education support staff, or supervisors from retail or hospitality backgrounds who enjoy working with young people.
About the Role You will be responsible for leading the daily programme, supporting staff, and ensuring children are safe, engaged, and having fun. This includes organising games and activities, maintaining routines, and building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the daily centre programme • Supervise and support programme staff • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children • Organise games, activities, and outdoor play • Manage daily routines including roll calls and sign-in/out procedures • Communicate with parents and management • Prepare or assist with simple meals (breakfast or afternoon tea) • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for children of all abilities

Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Must be willing to undergo Police Vetting • Must hold or be willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate • Experience working with children • A clean criminal record • Full clean class 1 licence (you will be required to drive children around)
