Kaikohe - We are looking for a customer-focused and reliable Contact Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing requests, and delivering a high standard of service across phone, email, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle all inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Accurately input orders, dietary requirements, delivery details, and customer requests, maintaining a typing speed of 50+ WPM.
-Use company operating systems to process orders and calculate pricing for goods and services.
-Communicate any order changes promptly to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
-Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Demonstrate a positive attitude and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
-Ability to respond clearly to telephone and email inquiries, formulate orders as per customer requirements, update preparation and delivery times and costs involved.
-Ability to communicate clearly in English.
-Inbound Call centre experience is essential. Applicant must have at least 3 years of relevant experience OR NZ register Level 4 qualification.
