Customer Service Representative
About this job
Seeking fulltime Customer Service Representatives to join an inbound call centre. The duties will include receiving customer calls, responding to customer needs, problem solving, checking customers are receiving the best deals and working across multiple computer systems. Provide seamless experiences to customers through phone and digital channels. Be skilled in using empathy, effective listening and questioning techniques to identify customer service cues and sales drivers, and realise opportunities to add value to our customers. You’ll be a self-starter and proactive learner who is comfortable with change and a key contributor to making recommendations on better customer experiences. Full training on the company in-house system will be provided.
Suitable applicants must have solid computer skills, strong interpersonal communication and listening abilities. You must have resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and have a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
The call centre rostered hours are between 9am - 6pm
Job Requirements
A great attitude, fast keyboard skills, good with technology, customer service / conversational/ sales skills, problem solving. If successful the first 8 weeks will involve training, fulltime Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
