Site Traffic Management Supervisor – Auckland (Depot in Takanini)
An employer with a depot in Takanini is seeking an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join their team. While the company depot is in Takanini, work will be across various sites throughout Auckland, with staff reporting directly to the work locations.
• Supervise and coordinate traffic management on construction or roadwork sites. • Ensure setups comply with STMS Cat A & B standards and local regulations. • Set up, adjust, and remove signage, barriers, and traffic control devices. • Manage and support a team of traffic controllers to maintain safe traffic flow. • Conduct site inspections and address hazards or incidents promptly. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities as needed.

Own reliable transport and a full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence Able to pass drug & alcohol testing and Ministry of Justice checks STMS Cat A & B card (MUST) Proven work experience (1+ years) as a Site Traffic Management Supervisor, supported by strong references (MUST) Physically fit and capable of performing role requirements Strong safety awareness, understanding and adhering to H&S regulations and site protocols Team player with the ability to work collaboratively Willingness to learn and be teachable Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude, thriving in a high-productivity team
Additional Information:
Depot is located in Takanini; work will be across various sites throughout Auckland, reporting directly to work locations.

- Monday to Friday occasional Saturday 7am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

- $30-$35/hr (depending on experience)
