One of New Zealand's most trusted security companies, is looking for a reliable and motivated Security Guard to join our Wellington team on a fixed-term contract. Since 2015, they have grown from a small two-person team into a nationwide security provider with over 100 staff. We deliver professional security services including static guarding, event and crowd control, mobile patrols, alarm monitoring, site checks, and more. Our Wellington clients rely on us to protect their most valuable assets, and we take that responsibility seriously.

The position offers rostered hours (33-40 hours per week), including night shifts and weekend work. We need someone who is dependable, alert, and able to adapt to rostered scheduling.

Key Responsibilities Provide static security at commercial or construction sites.

Conduct site checks, monitoring, and incident response.

Maintain a professional and visible security presence.

Complete logs, reports, and follow site safety procedures.

Represent Frontline Security with professionalism and reliability.

Current COA (Security Licence) Driver licence (Restricted can be considered if working toward Full Licence) Access to a reliable vehicle Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and rostered shifts Good communication, situational awareness, and professionalism Physically capable and able to stay alert during long periods Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
