About this job

As we step into a new chapter of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead the team. This is not a typical general practice!

As part of a kaupapa Maori organisation, we work alongside wrap-around social services to support predominantly high-needs whanau — addressing the whole person, not just presenting symptoms.

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our service.

This is an exciting time of growth and change, and you will work closely with the Operations Manager to guide kaimahi through this journey, while ensuring our whaiora receive mana-enhancing GP care.

The mahi is complex and demanding. You will lead in an environment shaped by addiction, mental health challenges, family harm, and reintegration — where equity is not a slogan but daily practice.

In return, the impact is real and deeply rewarding. You’ll work with a resilient, mana-enhancing team grounded in aroha, whanaungatanga and unwavering commitment to our community.

As we enter a new chapter of growth and innovation, you’ll shape systems, strengthen operational foundations, and confidently guide kaimahi through change.
