Area Supervisor - Dunsandel

The Area Supervisor’s overall role is to ensure that cleaning work is undertaken as per the site cleaning schedule and to a high standard for their designated contracts. For this role you will be expected to travel between sites in order to provide day-to-day oversight of the cleaners performance for their set contracts, while providing guidance and support. The Supervisor will also ensure cleaning staff have correct equipment and training to carry out their roles.

• Must have a full clean drivers license + reliable transport • Must be able to pass an MOJ check + Drug Testing • Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts • Comfortable working across different locations • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for periods) • Currently have the legal right to work in New Zealand • Advise of any commitments that may impact your availability

Experience in: • Commercial cleaning • Supervising and training staff • Client communication and customer service • Health & safety procedures • Stock and equipment management • Admin, documentation, and digital tools

Skills needed: • Strong leadership and communication • Time management and organisation • Problem-solving and decision-making • Ability to work independently and travel between multiple sites
