A Dining Room Host/Cleaner ensures a welcoming, spotless environment by maintaining dining areas, restrooms, and exterior grounds. Key duties include cleaning tables, mopping floors, emptying trash, and supporting customer service, often requiring early mornings or consistent maintenance to keep the restaurant sparkling.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Cleaning tables, mopping floors, sweeping, and sanitizing restrooms, highchairs, and play areas. Lobby Maintenance: Ensuring the dining area is organized, clean, and welcoming for customers. Waste Management: Emptying trash bins, managing waste disposal, and maintaining the parking lot and exterior areas. Customer Interaction (Host Duties): Greet customers, offer assistance, and maintain a friendly demeanor. Supplies Management: Restocking condiment stations, napkins, and restroom supplies.
Job Requirements
Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and clean messes to ensure high standards. Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods. Reliability & Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, often during early morning hours. Friendly Demeanor: A welcoming attitude for guests.
