Night Shift Supervisor

The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning, security support, and operational activities within the shopping centre during night hours. This role ensures the site is clean, safe, and ready for daily operations while maintaining high service standards and supervising night staff.
Job Requirements
Experience & Skills: - Previous supervisory experience in cleaning, facilities, or retail environments - Strong leadership and team management skills - Good communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and make decisions
Technical Skills: - Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals - Experience operating ride-on scrubbers, sweepers, and water blasting equipment - Ability to perform internal and external window cleaning safely - Understanding of Health & Safety regulations

- Shift – Wednesday to Sunday – 10:00pm to 0430am (working Supervisor) -Window Cleaning (0430AM to 0630AM) (40 hours per week)
