Class 4 Delivery Driver

An East Tamaki based business requires an experienced Class 4 Delivery Driver to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies safely across various worksites in the Auckland region.

Duties in this role include: • Manoeuvre vehicles into position for safe and efficient loading and unloading in accordance with site and traffic conditions • Load and unload materials such as soil, aggregates, and construction supplies using appropriate lifting and tipping equipment • Ensure loads are accurately estimated, evenly distributed, securely restrained, and covered to comply with legal load limits and prevent loss or damage • Conduct pre-start and routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards • Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and transport documentation, including verifying load details and obtaining proof of delivery • Inspect goods for condition and completeness before and after transport, reporting any discrepancies or damage • Follow designated routes and delivery schedules

Must be an experienced Class 4 Driver (with a full class 4 licence) who has excellent communication and presentation skills. Will be required to undertake security/MOJ and medical checks.
