A well-established Papakura-based engineering company is seeking a dedicated CNC Press Brake Operator to join their skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CNC machinery and sheet metal handling to grow their skills while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines including press brake, laser cutting, and plasma cutting equipment to produce high-quality components. - Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC machinery to ensure smooth operations. - Read, interpret, and work accurately from engineering drawings and specifications. -Work to tight tolerances, ensuring all components meet quality standards. - Follow strict health and safety regulations, including correct use of safety devices and personal protective equipment. - Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly routines, including machine setup, calibration, and maintenance schedules. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain an organized, efficient workspace.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC machines (press brake, laser, plasma). - Mechanical engineering or related technical background preferred. - Experience in sheet metal handling and fabrication. - Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Reliable transport to get to work. - Must be able to pass a police check and drug test. - Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

Days of work
Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
