Based in Hamilton, this fulltime role includes: Supporting daily living skills and independence Meal planning, preparation, and maintaining a healthy home Helping with appointments and community engagement Providing medication support Encouraging healthy routines and wellbeing practices Building respectful, recovery focused relationships Completing accurate documentation and working collaboratively with the wider team
Job Requirements
You’ll have a full NZ driver’s licence and a current first aid certificate (or be ready to get one). Will pass a police check and drugs test NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent), or commitment to begin study within six months
