We are on the hunt for a hard working, physically fit individuals to join our employers civil team.

This role involves repetitive physical work, so dont apply if you have no experience in repetitive physical work as we need individuals who are battle tested and enjoy the graft!

We have two opportunities up for grabs:

Position 1 - traffic control This role is working within the traffic control team, managing traffic flow and keeping the public and your team mates safe. You will have opportunities to gain traffic management qualifications and possibly vehicle endorsements.

Position 2 - Civil Cadet This role will provide ample opportunity to work across the entire company in a wide range of civil areas. This could include labouring, curbing, traffic control, drainage and more. Loads of training will be provided and plenty of opportunities to gain qualifications and license endorsements along the way. Eventually you will specialise in one area, but initially this opportunity provides the ultimate jump start to your civil career.

- Full Drivers Licence or minimum restricted license as long as full license is obtainable within a short period of time. - Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. - Convictions considered on a case by case basis as long as candidate is transparent with employer. - Good level of physical fitness, with no current or historical major injuries - Pass a medical assessment and undertake a pre-employment ACC check - Up to date presentable CV and two contactable references. - Reliable transport to work. - Strong work ethic and reliability. - Traffic management/control related qualifications not required but desirable. - Prior physical based work history/experience. - A enthusiastic and coachable attitude is a must! - Good communication skills.
