We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our landscape supplies yard in Warkworth. What we offer: • Salary: $75,000 (depending on experience) • Company vehicle and phone provided • Stable, full-time role with responsibility and autonomy Hours of work: • Tuesday – Friday 7-5 And Saturday 8-4 • Flexibility required, including occasional Saturday work • Typical hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm (approx. 50 hours per week) • This role does require some on call work. Key responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day branch operations • Staff rostering and team supervision • Manage administration and office systems • Operate and maintain POS and computer systems • Handle invoicing and customer transactions • Ensure smooth yard operations and excellent customer service • Stepping in where needed, this is a hands on role

Job Requirements

About you: • Proven experience in branch, retail, or operations management • Strong organisational and leadership skills • Confident using POS systems and general computer software • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of landscape supplies or building materials (preferred but not essential)
