About this job

To support the smooth, accurate and efficient operation of the company's manufacturing and supply processes. The Operation Co-Ordinator is responsible for inventory management, purchasing support, order administration and operational documentation, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, reliability and professionalism at all times.

Duties: Glass purchasing and supplier co-ordination Customer Order Processing and Production Administration Inventory Management Imports and Export, stock, preparing documentation and warranty replacements, timely and accurate documentation Delivery documentation and any other duties as required.

Job Requirements

2 years minimum relevant work experience Able to pass MOJ and pre employment drug test Restricted or Full Class 1 license Process initiatives: Positive contribution to team discussions Capability and behavioural expectations: Work reliability, accurately and attention to detail. Time management skills, Responsible, Communication skills

Performance expectations: Physically fit Clear medical-You must inform the employer if you have any condition or are on medication that could affect your behaviour, performance or ability to carry out all of the duties above consistently.
