Class 2 Driver
About this job
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety focused Class 2 Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a Class 2 vehicle for deliveries and/or transport work across Hamilton and the wider Waikato region. You will be a key part of our operations, representing the company professionally with customers and on site.
Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class 2 vehicles in accordance with NZ road rules Complete daily deliveries and/or transport runs as scheduled Load and unload goods securely (manual handling required) Conduct pre start checks and basic vehicle maintenance Complete delivery paperwork and logs accurately Maintain a high standard of customer service Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures
Job Requirements
• Current NZ Class 2 Driver Licence (essential) • Clean driving record • Minimum 2years Experience driving Class 2 vehicles • Good knowledge of Hamilton/Waikato roads • Physically fit and comfortable with hands on work • Reliable, punctual, and safety focused • Strong communication and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to pass all pre-employment checks is a must
