Company provides custom made wardrobe, shelving and storage solutions throughout Hamilton, the wider Waikato and beyond. We take great PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence) in designing, manufacturing and installing quality custom made wardrobes, shelving and storage systems with excellent customer service. If you have at least 2 years joinery installation and manufacturing experience this position will be ideal for you.
Your main role will be to install custom wardrobe cabinetry and sliding doors for both building companies home sites and private client’s homes. Additionally, you will be assisting with workshop-based manufacturing from time to time as required.
Responsibilities will include: Installation on site of both MDF cabinetry and ventilated wire wardrobes and shelving systems and sliding doors, working to approved plans, specifications, and schedules Measure, cut and assemble the components of our wardrobe systems at our production facility in Frankton Consistently follow standards, industry codes, specifications, and guidelines Actively promote and demonstrate a safety-first culture
Job Requirements
Experience in joinery or carpentry or a have joinery trade qualification Super reliable Well-presented Can work well as a team member Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently without supervision Good time management skills Excellent woodworking and machinery skills The ability to read plans, understand and interpret technical drawings Excellent problem solving and communication skills Physically fit with high energy levels – a must. Hold a current full drivers license.
