Local Eco tourism and conservation company is seeking a 21C Operations to join their passionate team.
This role supports the effective delivery and continuous improvement of tour and front of house operations. Working under the guidance of the Head of Operations. The position contributes to operational coordination, team leadership and performance oversight to ensure high service standards and organisational objectives are met. The role also supports broader organisational initiatives as required.
Key duties include: - Operations management - Staff oversight and engagement - Data management - Community outreach - Health and safety

Job Requirements
- Operations experience and or relevant qualification - Full drivers license and own reliable transport to work - Up to date presentable CV and two contactable references - Undertake pre-employment criminal background check - Strong communication skills - A genuine interest in Eco tourism and or conservation
- Days of work
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. (40 hours per week)
- Pay Details
- $27-$30 per hour depending on experience
