What You'll Be Doing • Supporting the day-to-day operations of 2–3 solicitors • Liaising with clients and providing professional front-line support • Booking and managing appointments and schedules • Raising invoices and assisting with billing • Verifying identity documents and maintaining compliance records • Providing general legal and office administration

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years’ administration experience in a PA, EA, or Secretary role • Experience does not need to be within the legal sector, but should be from an environment where organisation, professionalism, and client service are key • Ability to stay organised, manage multiple tasks, and remain one step ahead • Strong client-focused approach and communication skills • High attention to detail and the ability to work calmly in a busy environment • Experience using Practice Management Systems is advantageous • Experience with LEAP is highly desirable but not essential • Must have an updated CV outlining relevant experience • Must be able to pass pre-employment checks, including a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and credit check
