Shift Supervisors Wanted

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a dynamic team in a fast paced food environment in our Horotiu store? We are looking for a motivated Shift Supervisor who enjoys responsibility, thrives under pressure, and loves delivering great customer experiences.

What you will be doing - Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of sandwich artists and store staff during your shift - Ensuring every customer receives friendly, efficient service and high quality food and beverages - Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and supportive manner - Allocating staff to tasks and managing shift rosters to keep operations running smoothly - Assisting with recruiting, training, coaching, and supporting staff performance - Guiding team members on food preparation, hygiene expectations, and operational procedures - Monitoring food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain brand standards - Managing cash handling, reconciling tills, and ensuring accurate daily sales reports - Checking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper food storage - Inspecting products and addressing any quality issues - Making sure all products are priced, labelled, and displayed correctly - Helping maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment

What we need from you - The ability to work split shifts - Flexibility to work any time between 06:00 AM and 11:30 PM across Monday to Sunday - Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a hands on approach

Job Requirements

Previous Fast Food experience would be an advantage Minimum of 1 years experience supervising or leading a small team in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment Providing excellent customer service, including handling enquiries and resolving complaints professionally Cash handling, daily till reconciliation, and accurate sales reporting Food preparation or working in a food service environment Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards Managing staff rosters and allocating duties during shifts Monitoring product quality, portion control, and presentation Stock control, including checking deliveries, rotating stock, and placing orders Training or onboarding new staff members

Days of work
Rosters anytime between 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM Monday - Sunday Be able to do split shifts when needed. (30 hours per week)
